Mongo- they have the same sign at the other full service Country Club at Zumbehl & 94 in St. Charles. The CC Express wash at 94 & Mid Rivers Mall Drive is owned by the same people, but unmarked. Mobil company-owned stores (like the one catty-corner to the one you referenced) are also not posted.
Everybody, I have noticed that some branded stores are privately-owned, while others are company owned. One may be posted, the other not. Keep an eye out- just because, say, one place is marked, that doesn't mean that a different place with the same name will be posted.
