I've been thinking about my LCP lately, and while I like how easy it is to carry, I've got a few qualms...
1) Magazine Capacity - I feel more comfortable when I get into the double-digits, just in case I have multiple assailants (I'm not assuming 1 shot per attacker). Of course, this pretty much requires a double-stack. Luckily, I wear cargo shorts with a big front pocket.
2) "Stopping Power", or whatever you want to call it. Fact is, .380 is about the bare minimum of what people think you should have (myself included), and 9mm offers more.
3) Weight...the LCP is easy to carry because of the weight, but it is also a (insert explicative here) to shoot because it is so light and small. I think doubling the weight might help, even if the 9mm is a bit stronger. My shorts can support the weight of an XDM compact on a paddle holster without a belt, so I think they can support a G26.
Anyway, I was just curious if others had pocket carried a G26, specifically in cargo shorts, and how you felt it did.
