Are Polymer Pistols "Bulky" or "Ugly"?

Like armoredman said some may think a CZ P 09 is bulky but I like it. I have mid sized hands and I don't feel the grip is too big, it handles very nicely. To boot I've never had it not like any ammo I've used.

Plenty of guns to choose from out there and so little time.

Well I get the different tools for different jobs thing, but I thought Les Baer guns were guns for defensive use?

If I owned a Purdey 12 bore I'd sure as hell hunt with it and assuming it will handle heavy 1-1/4oz pressures I'd bug out with it and use it for buck and slug.

They are, hence the 5" Concept V (match/range gun), and my old carry pistol a Baer "Stinger":

I carried the Stinger for years, until the benefits of plastic "came to me". I now carry a Walther PPQ, which is approximately the same size, less weight, and over twice the capacity. The Baer cost me close to 4 times what the Walther did, both the Baer and Walther do approximately the same thing, launch a bullet. I can’t honestly say the Baer does it 4 times better though. Both are accurate and reliable.
