I'll start. I am shooting a Canik TP9SF, Taurus TX22, Steyr RFP 22, HK VP9, S&W M&P 22.
Nope , all my shooting is week day, weekends too busy, private gun club. , however Monday morning.
Uberti Cattleman 45C and 45ACP
1860 Army with black powder and ball, 45C in conversion cylinder.
1894Remington double barrel. 12gage black powder loads I’m trying out.
Hoping to get in some carbine drills with a buddy this weekend
Are You Shooting This Weekend? If So, What?
Hopefully an Elk.
Hoping to get to the range sunday (been tough to get out the last few months). Could use a little aroma therapy complements of john browning, gaston glock & bill ruger.
Not handguns. Getting ready for deer hunting next week.
Sunday I plan to go to my local indoor range and shoot my Glock 26, Glock 45 and my stainless 7” Ruger Vaquero .45 Colt.
Every day I shoot 96 rounds (speed loaders, multiples 6), of .38 Special, 2.9 grains of Clays, 125 grain, home cast bullets, fired at my backyard swinging steel bowling pin set up. I shoot double-action only. I use one of my two old K38's. The one I use most is a four-screw (M14), the other (older one) is a five-screw with no "K" nor "M14 on the frame. I shoot out of the open door of my pole barn and this Summer I added a shed inside from which to shoot that is now heated with a kerosene heater to lengten my shooting season...it gets cold in Michigan with lots of snow. In the past my shooting season would end when the temperature got below 60 degrees (too cold on the hands), but now with the inside shooting shed with a hinged window to shoot out of, I intend on shooting while I can still make it comfortable...hoping to be able to shoot all year with my current set-up.
It would be heaven to have property big enough to shoot on. I can only dream.
Color me green.................. I have to drive 20 miles.
Was planning to, but the 3-gun match got cancelled
Would have been a Stoeger M3000, CZ85 (that I got from a fellow member here), and a mixmaster AR.
I drive 2:45-3:00 to the match, but to just go shoot I go to the club about two miles from the house.
In a couple hours, hopefully.
Brought my new/old .32-20 Hand-Ejector, Police Positive Special, Ruger Standard, SIG P6, Marlin 81dl, and for the grand finale, my FR8.
You've got some obscure guns. I had to google most of them.
Thanks, I like obscure!
(Thats actually GunnyUSMC's FR8, I dont have a good pic of mine.)
The two revolvers are new to me and the others havent come out to play in awhile.
Nothing for me, Was planning to take advantage of the range on opening day of rifle season, figured it would be pretty empty. Mother nature had other plans, and gifted us with wet heavy snow.
Looking at the forecast, I probably won't make it out until next weekend. I have a number of rifles with scopes to zero: Diamondback DB10, T/C Compass, Mossberg 464 and a Ruger 10/22. Also have a couple of rifles to test fire, hoping for decent weather soon.
Went out today with some S&W revolvers . I shot my 4 inch m64, 3 inch 686 and snubnosed 442. My buddy had a 4 inch model 28 and a snubnosed 360j
Weather permitting I'm shooting every weekend, mainly my G17 or G26 for general SD practice and prep for weekly IDPA comps.-
Went out to my range (covered back porch) and shot a couple of brand new .22 revolvers. Had the house to myself for a couple of hours and it seemed like a good time to burn some powder.
As soon as its light this AM ... Im shooting my Glock 30S ... 230gr Ball
and a box of Rem Golden Sabers 230gr standard pressure ...
And my Taurus TCP ... Winchester 95gr FN FMJ
Took 400 rounds of 115 and 124 gr ammo to the range yesterday with both my Beretta Nano's. One with the New APX grip and the other the standard grip. I wanted to make sure which one I preferred. Shot them both side by side. Also as standard range day, shot the Pico 25 rds
Today I will be taking the Ruger LCR22, LCR9mm and the Smith 642. (and Pico)
Well, I lied......Managed to sneak out and shoot my new to me Charter Arms Target Bulldog in .357. I see some Pachmayr grips in my near future, lol.
I had hoped to shoot a deer this weekend. I didn't see one that was legal to shoot though.
Sorry, couldn't resist.
Monday morning, Steel Challenge as usual, Ruger Mark IV Lite, possibly JBM Bullpup.
I lied too. All I shot was TX22, Steyer RFP and Extar EP9 (In my avatar).
Separate names with a comma.
