I believe the OP was asking for opinions on reasonably priced Mausers that compare to the German versions that often bring premium prices, primarily due to their historical markings.
For quality and decent shooters, the VZ-24 is a full length action that is well made and has consistent heat treat and can work well for custom action.
The 24/47 is an intermediate length action that is also well made and is often in near new condition from some distributors.
The M48 has the same intermediate length action as the 24/47 but the actions are usually not quite as smooth and are harder to find in the condition you find on the 24/47.
All these models will serve you well and not break the bank.
I was fortunate to get a few K. Kale Turk Mausers in good condition, back several years ago when they were selling for around $60, and I made a few custom rifles for myself.
I also have a VZ-24 that is rebarreled to 6.5x55 with an A&B heavy barrel.
