Not sure if there is a custom big bore lever gun pics thread, but maybe we should start one. I'm gonna start with mine, feel free to post yours:
Marlin 1895 22" barrel .45-70
Extended magazine tube 7+1 done by Gunsmithing Unlimited in Southport CT
Truglo 30 mm 4 reticle, red/green 1x red dot
XS lever rail
Williams red fiber optic front bead
Pachmayr F990 recoil pad
Wild West Guns bear proof ejector
Wild West Guns aluminum magazine follower

Additions I still want to add:
big loop lever
Mount fenix Ta 21 flashlight
Mount laser
Find someone to machine a tri rail mount I designed to fit lever action rifles

Marlin 1895 45-70 (standard model, 22 inch barrel) with GBL lumber and a Skinner receiver mounted rear sight...

I also have an older version of the same gun (sorry, no pics)...it has the MicroGroove rifling.

Late model Winchester 1895 in .405WCF. One of my most accurate rifles, under an inch at 100yds with the factory buckhorns!

I want to make a tri-rail but only 3" in length similar to the wild west guns mount but with side rails in addition to bottom rail and it would clamp onto the barrel and mag tube. Im not looking to make it tactical just comfortable to shoot. To me a red dot is better then iron sights for 0-100 yards daylingt to full darkness. The flashlight handy to have one mounted on your gun especially in bear country and the laser... just for fun. If thats western tactical to you then so be it... but if it makes me feel more comfortable to shoot and makes for a better tool then so be it

I don't know where the bottom is on big bore but I'll make my entry.

Marlin 375, 4x Burris scope, sling and two boxes of WW factory loads. Pawn shop find.

Phew.......thanks Ridge! With a 45-70 and a 405's already shown up, you gotta know a 50 will eventually chime in. With calibers like that, heck, I'll be on bottom. I made the cut :).

I should have named this thread the big bore lever gun PORN thread :D

I love checking out other peoples rifles and what theyve done to em..

My favorite:

Marlin 1895 LTD III, one of 500. Combines the great looks of the 1895 Cowboy with the handiness of the Guide gun. Sadly my aging eyes struggle picking up the front sight on the short barrel, so it doesn't go out much anymore.

Big Bores are addictive. I've found one is not enough...
