Black double rig and Wrangler Sheriff's

Started this black double rig for myself for the Wranglers about two years ago and just now got around to finishing the belt. Pic is a little over-exposed, the color is black but looks gray.

Looks like I forgot to put a keeper on the belt.


Now there's a new addition that needs a way to ride. When I saw the new Sheriff's version of the Wrangler I thought, "oh crap, I'll have to have one". So when a local shop got one in the same color as my other two, I pounced. I drew up a later style Slim Jim pattern for it. Probably have it finished tomorrow. It's a fun little sixgun and now wears the black micarta from my Carryhawk while I decide what to get for it.

I do like that new shopkeeper wrangler.
Those birdshead grips are growing on me.
I'm interested to see what holster you will create for it.

Yep! I could sell the rig and buy two more of them.

I did have enough sense to cut them long enough for 5.5" Single Sixes though.

Wow, that's one very nice double rig you've got there for your Wranglers!

That Sheriff's model would sure go great with a crossdraw holster.
