The drop shipping is a growing trend with them, and any other dealer can work with the distributor (Sports South) the same way if need be. There are other distributors who will also do this for favored customers but its not common. Buds is big enough that the distributor will happily drop ship direct to the end FFL.
They do have an inventory locally at their store/warehouse and ship 200+ guns out a day.
I love doing transfers for them, some days we get 3 or 4 arriving just for Buds customers because they can order before 2pm and its in our location next day (we aren't that far away from them really). They have helped us too with some items that we couldn't get, the guys down there are a pretty good lot.
