I like the pant leg idea. That seems like a logical choice because there's no way your ever gonna forget your piece, especially when that cold steel rubs along your leg as you pull up the pants.

As far as the bag goes, I don't like carrying any more than I have to and I prefer to keep my weapon close. You never know when a BG will try and use his purse snatching technic on you when you least expect it.

I've already been called gay for wearing a fanny pack on the street. At that time I didn't have my CCW yet. I do now. Next time, I'll just say, "This is why I wear a fanny pack," and show them my piece.

I get mudballs thrown at me by friends and family for using a fanny pack, but I quit caring a long time ago. They don't want me taking off my jacket and looking all Crockett with my shoulder rig. They don't want me taking it off and leaving it where their kids can play with it. Some guys tell me it screams gun, but it mostly screams gun to other gun guys and I don't care. It's easier to keep my wallet in the front pocket, it's accessible when I'm driving, and I can throw it on over anything, including sweats and a t-shirt.
