Alittle bit late, but better than never

I live in UT, and have second job as a delivery driver.
Job runs from about 4:30 up to about 11:30 (AM of course)
Carry every day.
A few weeks after trolley (but before VT)
i am servicing my last store and it is getting pretty hot close to mid-day
to the point i can barely stand wearing my pretty light hooded jersey.
And this guy in the parking lot, wearing a LONG (up to his knees),
HEAVY, BLACK "matrix-style" coat and sunglasses
walking back and forth looking inside the store.

So I see him, notice that he sees me, then I more than noticeably
"adjust" my belt ("uff, my belt feels HEAVY today")

And the guy just split.

Dunno if he was up to something ...

Maybe he had an unmentionable incident in the jail shower and took off after seeing you unbuckle your belt.

That's the thing about being armed and ready. It is hard to tell how many crimes are deterred before there is even an obvious confrontation, let alone an attack.

I am not much of a believer in coincidence. If something happens there was a reason for it. If there was no other activity going on nearby then you are the most likely cause for his departure. Just as a predator gains skill in recognizing easy prey, they can just as easily recognize a hard target or even another predator. I think an experienced criminal can recognize a typical LEO in uniform or not, a fellow criminal mind, and a citizen not to be messed with.

Good work, the would be Cho's need to know that they will be met resistance and not just entering a slaughtering ground. They also need to know that there are no safe hunting grounds for them because the CCW movement is growing and people are getting fed up with these pathetic psychos going on suicidal rampages.

If they want to kill themselves, they can do that in the privacy of their own home, not by taking others with them. I believe there needs to be an overriding message to the bad guys by increasing CCW ranks amongst us.

Like they say, an armed society is a polite society....let's keep em real polite.
