Concealed Carry during the GRE (graduate record exam)

I agree with Vector, and in almost every sense!
You need to be studying for your exam rather than worrying about concealed carry during your exam. There is SO much riding on your scores to get into grad school, why not study the most you can??? Seems to me like you are more worried about carrying a gun than your future! And if you are that worried about the people around the testing center, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO TAKE THE TEST!!!! Grow up and realize what is the most important, study for your exam so you can get into the best school to further your career, & yes your life is the most important thing but thats why you find somewhere else to take the test if where the test is ofered is that sketchy of an area!

I'm going to say it's a bad idea to go armed to a GRE. If the place is so sketchy that you don't feel safe, then you need to remember the #1 rule of carrying -- don't go anywhere armed that you wouldn't go unarmed.

Once that question is resolved, you only need to do some risk analysis about the potential hazards of either choice. The two downsides are A) being unarmed and attacked, or B) being armed and discovered. A has high to grave consequences, but extremely low probability. B has high consequences and low probability, but is probably a thousand times more likely to happen than A.

The most likely outcome for either choice is that nothing will happen, but in my view going armed is the riskier choice.

#22 - it's over for Perch so no more advice is needed.
