Curios's & Relic SKS???

Do all SKS that fall under the Curio & Relic catagory have fixed mags? Did I over look it or is the Chinese SKS not on the C&R list?

Chinese, aka Norinco, are new manufactured and not on the C&R list. The Russian, Yugos and other original military arsenal SKSs are on the C&R list. They all have fixed magazines. Any SKS that is not in it's original military configuration loses it's C&R status.
