Ok, I did write the title to sound a little sleazy on purpose 
...we were both in bed and she discovered my gun for the first time.
I have been dating a new girl for less than a week. Every time we have been together, my gun has been on my hip and out of our conversations. I was lying on my 3 o'clock next to her in bed, with my gun at 4 o'clock on my waist. She put her arms around me. As her hands got near the butt (of the gun), she touched the gun just as I was rolling away. She realized what it was and exclaimed "is that a gun?!?". I responded "Uhhh, I'm happy to see you? ...Oh, THAT!! Yes, it is a gun".
She 'informed' me that I don't need to worry about her harming me (translation: "why do you carry a gun?"). I responded, "When you are with me, I want to able to guarantee that you are safe - there is no better way for me to do that than by carrying a gun". She had some very bad experiences with her ex-husband pointing a gun in her face. I understand her experience, but I reassured her that I am licensed and there is a big difference between bad-guys with guns and good-guys with guns! It's unfortunate that she was treated in such a poor manner, but I will do my best to win her over (regarding the gun issue, at least). I will try to borrow a friend's 22 and take her to the range soon
Do you have any stories about getting made during your romantic encounters? IMO, that's the best way for a girl to discover your piece What did you say to ease the tension? Any comic details??
P.S. I would be SO impressed to discover a gun on a girl who I am dating. I am looking forward to hearing from the ladies on this topic!
