Department Quals/ Standards. LEO/ SWAT etc.

i am wondering what the quals are for various agencys and departments, in particual you guys that are LEO, and Swat, sert, ert, HRT guys even more so. i would just like to know what the quals and stages are etc, and what the stadard for qualifing is, is there time restraints ? etc. i know the army handgun qual standards and they are pretty lame and i would like to browden my horizons and put myself to the test. with various quals and see how i would do. so please any will be great and i really appreciate it, also any links would be great. thanks.
