I had purchased a 45 standard wittness back in 94. Just a few weeks ago the trigger bar guide spring broke. From the time I shipped the gun to the factory to the time I had recieved it was 2 weeks. It functions flawlessly now and was given a new mag. Their customer servise is top notch. The best part is that it only cost me shipping there and back, less than $40 bucks. I am very satisfied with this company.

Top notch customer service sends you trivial parts for free by mail if they break and pay shipping if the problem really requires you return the whole gun.

When My Witness Compact 10mm slide cracked they were very fast to turn it around around (7 days door to door!) but I should have only had to send the upper back not the whole gun since the Witness are made for interchangeable uppers (and I have the .45ACP top as well for this pistol). This would have cost me $4 instead of $40 to ship back.

It's been ten years since I last spoke with EAA. Those days, the service was fine but the guys were pretty gruff. I have bought parts from them in the last 5 years or so, and they were just fine. I'm just glad they've stopped the really cheesy and debasing advertisements.
