EDC --- Do you carry factory loads or handloads ?

Mostly factory loads in my 10mm Glock. Handloads exclusively in my revolvers.

The handloads are 158 grain LSWCHPs with gaschecks, cast from my own molds, and loaded to upper-midrange. Such loads are somewhere between hard-to-find and impossible-to-find from commercial loaders, so...

The factory 10mm rounds are loaded with monolithic copper solids.

#1 - Hand loads - I can actually afford to practice with my carry ammo.
#2 - JHP - Specifically Gold-Dots in 9mm, 40 S&W and .45 acp.

* When I need to carry a smaller pistol I carry factory self defense loads in my .380 LCP or .32acp P32.

Either. Within arms reach are speed strips with Buffalo Bore .38 lead wadcutters, and jacketed .38 Federal Punch

Not so everyday carry may include factory FMJ (9x18) or lead SWC handloads (38 sp).
