Right now? My dorm room key (with a P-38 can opener on the keychain) and my wallet. When I go out to class, I usually carry a pen, too. If I'm driving, I carry my car keys. When I'm going out, I bring my zippo so I can light cigarettes for the ladies. (Yes, it's cheesy, and no, it never gets me anywhere.)
My normal stuff with me every day:
Left front:
Keys (With LED light, Leatherman Micra, USB thumb drive, yes I like gadgets)
Wallet
various change/bills (Well usually no bills because I rarely use cash)
Clipped to left front pocket:
CRKT M16-12
Right front:
iPaq 2215 (pda)
Sony Ericsson T68i (cellphone)
And sometimes I keep a Leatherman Wave in a sheath on my belt.
And on days I decide to use my iPod the right back holds the iPod while the left back holds my Sennheiser MX500 earbuds.
I really should get a manpurse =d

Athough Missouri has CCW I haven't got my permit yet, when I do I will have my Beretta 25acp in the right front and my Swiss Army Tinker will move to my left front.

No. I am not as careful about it lately because I am usually within walking distance of home, but I have a lighter as well as various tools in my car. When I travel a good distance from home without my car, I have a lighter and a SureFire 6P in my coat pocket. Also, my SAK has a magnifying glass!

How about a flashlight? Eg 3D maglite?
Strangely a Leatherman isn't considered a knife despite it having one...
and I did say that I sometimes carry a Mini-Maglight next to my cellphone...
