Due to experience, maturity, and increased income, I've found my tastes in guns to mature.
My first guns were a Beretta 92, Taurus .357 revolver, Remington 870 12 gauge, and Taurus .40 compact.
I later picked up a PTR91.
Now, with the expection of the 870 (which is still a go-to for home defense), the Beretta 92 and Taurus .40 are long gone and the Taurus takes a back seat to other revolvers.
My tastes evolved from the AR and PTR91 to the AK and then the M1A and later the FAL metric DSA for battle rifles.
My tastes went to Glock, XD and CZ for pistols, then back to Glock. Fell in love with the 1911. Got into single action abit. Played with HKs for awhile, and now am in love with Sig Sauer P220 and P229 pistols.
Anyone else have a fun evolution?
The Sigs may take over the home defense role in my house...
