perhaps it is just me, but having hunting experience and such isnt much of a concern to me, considering that those arent the guns that anyone is after right now. I'm still waiting to find a Hollywood gal with an AK or AR on the gun rack.

Well, it was a 27...

Yeah, I know. But when I try that with my Bersa .380 the thing sticks out like a sore thumb! :scrutiny:

I'm going to try it again this weekend...I got some boot cut jeans, and I'm hoping that someone who recently recommended that as an option knows what's what. But big fat Glock + holster/skinny leg+not-loose pant legs = visibility, at least to me.

Duke, you're a great American. Please report back with any updates and I'll do the same.

This is the greatest compliment I've ever received!Thank you sir.
My search for the truth will go on unabated until we finally uncover the answer!:D
I'm virtually certain Ms Proctor is a pro-gun American patriot who just happens to also be drop dead gorgeous.

I guess my choice wasn't "PC" enough for THR Mods.. But Elly May and Eva Langoria are ok?? Give me a break!! The chick from "Chuck" is just as much a RKBA role model as either of the 2 mentioned above, yet my post and pix get deleted?? The mod who did this seriously needs a part time job or other hobby to take up his free time, cause he's takin this mod stuff WAY to seriously..

Here's one of the offensive photos.. Cover you eyes, I guess?

Wow! That IS offensive! Musta been the gun pointing toward the camera and the poor trigger discipline.

Musta been the gun pointing toward the camera and the poor trigger discipline.

Considering:

1) She's a CIA agent who regularly shoots people on the program....which necessitates the finger on the trigger at various times in the program.

and...

2) The guns gotta point somewhere even on a TV show so why not have it pointing at the camera? {It is fake, you know.]

I'd say it's a pretty good picture. And she is a babe. Who is a great role model -- tough, and feminine all at the same time.

RE: Eva Longoria

Yeah, she's hot! Yeah she talks and walks guns.

But how can someone like that think Obama can POSSIBLY be good in that respect (not to mention all the other ways he could destroy this country!)

And +2 on Mick's pic!

Gabrielle Anwar playing Fiona, the "tigger happy ex-girlfirend" on Burn Notice. There isn't a weapon on the show she's not happy to deploy.

*gigglesnort*

Yeah, well, I happen to have it on very good authority that you're just extraordinarily fond of redheads who like guns......

Springmom :D

And to be perfectly honest I don't know of any Female RKBA role model.

The ones y'all list I just gotta take your word for.

Ann Coulter is a fiery babe I'll give her that!

Guys, let's be clear that we're looking for female RKBA role models and not some locker room hotty with a gun. No "babes", "hotties", "hunnys", but real role models for the brain-washed undecideds to see as positive images of shooters.

Make no mistake that we're in a culture war where the entertainment outlets have depicted guns and gun owners unrealistically so long that it's easy for the antis to play off those images. They've used them to convince the public that guns that look scary are and people who have them can't be trusted.

So, dig deep and try to find real positive role models for our side and leave the pinup stuff for other forums.

Well, you know... TV and movies tend to use good-looking women in their leads.

Fact of life.

So if we post about those actresses and the roles they play that are role models for other women concerning guns it's pretty normal to show them actually using the gun that they use in their role.

It's not like anyone is pulling miscellaneous pictures of babes using guns off from the 'net just to show a little skin.

I'd like to know which picture posted so far would be considered a "locker room hotty with a gun" vs. a legitimate TV personality who is either herself pro-gun or plays a pro-gun character.

If we talk about cowboy role models is any moderator going to be offended if someone posts a picture of Ben Cartwright holding a gun?

I spend an awful lot of time online and still don't know spit about Angelina or any other babe with guns.

I do know that I can't VOTE like a lot of them will however and that doesn't make any sense!

+1 nwilliams. She is pro-gun, she's vocal about it, she specifically carries to protect her family.

And the fact that she looks a dead ringer for my daughter has nothing whatsoever to do with it. :D

Seriously; she is a great role model, and for women, she talks a good talk that women will hear.

I nominate Reba McIntire because she...

1. Plays smart, sassy, independent women in her TV and movie roles.
2. Played Annie Oakley on Broadway.
3. Shows that women over 40 can still be hot.
4. Lists skeet and trap shooting as two of her favorite hobbies.
5. Demonstrates more gun handling skills and familiarity in one movie ("Tremors") than the next ten female "action heroines" combined (IMHO).

And last but not least because:
6) Red hair and black leather is my favorite color scheme.

Cheers to Reba!
