feelin lucky punk? yeah--still does it for me.
it left me speechless as it was such a different kind of Eastwood cowboy movie
Everyone recognized that as a different kind of western. It was the third western to win the best picture Oscar (Cimarron and Dances With Wolves were the first two). It was almost an anti-western really showing just how evil the things are that many westerns almost celebrate. But that is how it should be IMO. Killing people isn't something that should be romantic. Unforgiven just showed the true nature of killers, not matter what era they live in, better than any movie I've ever seen.
Always loved when Vasquez runs out of rifle ammo in the vents in Aliens, ditches the rifle, and pulls out a BHP.
“The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know My name is the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon thee.”
Then 2- 45's open up, not a bad attention grabber. My favorite scene, although, Jules 1911 is 9mm.
How about the cheesiest scene...

There's one movie that has done that at least as well.
