Please answer if you have direct experience (or if you know personally someone that did) with them, I do not need pointless, generic comments like "Chinese scopes are crap", "you get what you pay for", "cheap scopes are useless".
These scopes seem to have the features (external turrets, zero re-setting, zero locking, etc...) that I'm looking for similar to the Centerpoint scopes (and similar price point) I own and that keep serving me very well.
Are they as good/well finished and durable with decent glass?? Is customer service as good and responsive as Crosman in case you need it, buying extra accessories, etc..??

I only have a low end Centerpoint and a low end Firefield. Both are budget brands, but the two items I have are at the low end in their product lines.

The Centerpoint is a 4x32 scope that came with an airgun. I can give no praise for it. Yellow, blurry glass, that seems to have no reflective coatings. I'm sure Centerpoint has better scopes in the upper price ranges, but I don't own one.

The Firefield I have is a small red dot sized for handguns, called the Impact Mini. The first one I got lasted a range outing or two on a rimfire pistol before it wouldn't turn on anymore. I did use Firefield's warranty to send that red dot back, which they sent me a new replacement quickly. However, it cost me money to ship to them. They did ship back at their cost. So, be prepared to incur one way shipping cost for each warranty claim.

So far, the replacement Impact Mini is still working on that same rimfire pistol.

IMO, Firefield optics are airsoft, pellet gun, or rimfire grade. They sure advertise tactical and combat all over their website, but they are just marketing to the naive.

I have a Centerpoint 2x pistol scope. It's clear and seems to adjust correctly and hold zero once set. It was a low buck way to see if I liked scoped pistols. I'm glad it was low buck because because I'm not really a fan of scoped pistols. Gimme a red dot. I'm not quite as accurate as with the scope but it's a lot less fiddly. If I were to continue with a scope I would be happy with it. I had never hear of Firefield scopes until I read this post.
