I did not know about these and gosh it would have been neat on the farm growing up as a kid for scaring varmints.

I have thought about buying a dedicated .22 upper but my CMMG .22 conversion kits work just fine for my purposes.

Seems like everything is close to $350 in price range anymore. I just thought this was kinda neat at 500fps on full auto. Maybe good for popping rats in the barn just for the fun of it?

There's also another company now making a belt fed one based off of a tippman 98 paintball gun, belt sits in a drum, but it's about 500$

One of the leading air gun manufacturers was making a model (since discontinued) of the Thompson sub-machine gun; the old "Chicago typewriter" style. Neat looking but in the $300.00 range, a lot of money for a toy.

The Drozd Blackbird is a lot of fun..... and you can customize them to fit your tastes..... and also get about 900 fps out of them....

If you want full auto and want realistic looks, you might as well go into high-end AEG airsoft rifles. You can get a full sized, metal bodied, accurate AEG for around $450.

I've had several of these, including one modeled after the Remington 700 that was rather accurate. People have these lots of places and get together on the weekends and play. Its must like paintball, but cooler. And it shoots plastic 6 mm bbs.

Wish they were in the 1000fps range. That would be a great barn gun.

A neighbor had a full auto BB gun when I was a kid that ran off a can of (then legal) air conditioner freon. It really did not shoot in rythm like a real machine gun but more like a garden hose as the BB's sprayed out quickly but sort of randomly. It had about as much power as a Red Ryder at most. Remember those at carnivals where you would try to shoot the red star out? Those were much better but were connected to an air hose and chained to a mount to prevent accidents.
