Tested some ammo with the Mosin M39 VKT and Swiss 1911. Besides the Mausers like my Swedish they are among my most accurate surplus rifles. I love the Swiss 1911 I love the long sight radius and the trigger. Fact is first time I shot them in ten years though, they have been in the back of the safe. They will now be at the front of the safe.
Two fouling shots at a clay pigeon with the Mosin and then five shot group , only did five shots of Tula and five of the PP ammo, more time spent could have made better groups but time was limited , however 2 1/2 inch groups or so is satisfactory for me with factory ammo, since GP 11 is hard to find I'm keeping the Swiss dialed in for PP ammo.
I didn't adjust sights for each group, the ammo hows how impact area changed just because of different ammo.
