Glock & Sigma - (here we go again...:)

Kingofthehill,

I was just using that as an avenue of argument. Something like that should be taken into account when purchasing a new gun, just as how expensive it would be to feed said gun. It's just something else to consider when looking at value as we have been saying. It is a good gun for the money you are putting down and mine was 99.8 percent reliable. Does it have it's shortcomings? Of course, but so does everything when we start breaking down things in terms of value. Does a Glock have the same fit and feel as a Wilson Combat CQB? No, of course not - but the CQB is four to five times the cost of the Glock.

Don't worry, I am on your side and believe the Sigma is a great value - I owned one and hated to let it go, but a friend did something for me and it was the payment I could give. He has it now and has put another couple thousand rounds through it and enjoys it as much as I do. If the OP is wondering if he should go for it, then go for it! You will not regret it and you will a great firearm from a reputable company known for it's customer service.

I bought a Sigma 9mm last year. I am very happy with it. Trigger was heavy, but over time and rounds put through it, it lightend up. Over all, Fantastic gun!!!
