I had the chance to go to the Dulles Expo Center yesterday afternoon. Compared to a lot of other gun shows I have attended, this one seemed to have many more vendors actually selling firearms. The floor area was bigger than the gun shows in the Tidewater area of Virginia and this was probably a factor. Again, my impression was that there were fewer booths selling military paraphernalia and more selling guns. I noticed a higher number of antique firearms than any other gun show I had seen.
I did not have as much time as I would have liked. I saw several vendors selling SAI M1As, but with child number two expected in March, I did not succumb to the significant temptation to get one.
Overall, I would personally rate it as one of the better gun shows I have had the opportunity to visit.
