Hi everyone, I'm the Human Being known as Winston Ward Johnson. I have exercised my natural, absolutel, inherent and inalienable rights since June 3, 1993. One of my most important rights is the right of self-defense, I exercise this right on a daily basis without permission from any government agency. My youngest son and I own property in Monroe County, Kentucky and we both carry in the open as we travel about the county. Kentucky's Bill of Rights, Section 1, No. 7 reads: "The right to bear arms in defense of themselves and of the State, subject to the power of the General Assembly to enact laws to prevent persons from carrying concealed weapons." Section 2: "Absolute and arbitrary power over the lives, liberty and property of freemen exists nowhere in a republic, not even in the largest majority. Section 26: "To guard against transgression of the high powers which we have delegated, We Declare that every thing in this Bill of Rights is excepted out of the general powers of government, and shall forever remain inviolate; and all laws contrary thereto, or contrary to this Constitution, shall be void."
On July 17, 2003 the 'rule of law' was upheld in Monroe County, Kentucky! Sheriff Jerry Gee upheld his oath of office by supporting Kentucky's Bill of Rights concerning the right to carry weapons in the open without any 'license' or 'permit'! My son got an apology from deputy Darrell Ford for attempting to violate my son's right to do so. To make our point my son wore his pistol into the Monroe County courthouse (which is where the Sheriff's Department is located) for his meeting with Jerry Gee and Darrell Ford. Kentucky's Bill of Rights is a major reason that we bought property in Kentucky 4 years ago, it is very effective in defending our natural, absolute, inherent and alienable rights! So hats off to Jerry Gee, Sheriff of Monroe County, Kentucky!!!
