CZ has raised their prices across the board. The average price increase translates to $40 on a CZ 452 American or LUX.

Dealers set their prices at what the market will bear. If it will bear $625 for a 75B then that's the price of a 75B.

I bought one of the best handguns ever built, a S&W 686 in '96 for $369 out the door. No lock, no MIM and an actual firing pin on the hammer. Now you couldn't touch one for less than $7-750 if not $800 plus and IMO they are not built as good.

Even EAA has raised their prices on their handguns. The Witness Elite Match is still the gun to beat at it's budget price.

Winds of change........I think raising prices in a recession is akin to raising taxes in a recession, ie, it's bad for business.
