They just have a better, simpler auto advance sytem.

The press I have that is dedicated to 9mm is a Lee Pro1000. I can pump out a lot of ammo in short order, and it fits the budget of potential savings when loading this more or less economical caliber. With these small cartridges, the optional bullet and case feeders that cost very little are worth the fiddling with them.

You should keep in mind that simply buying ammo is a real option to the expense of a first class machine only for 9 mm. You would be firing a whole lot of reloads to gain any savings from a top tier machine.
