How do S&B and Fiocchi stack up?

Just got back from Big 5 here in the Seattle area. They had Fiocchi 50 count 9mm 115Gr, FMJ on "sale" for $15.99 a box, right next to plain old WWB 115Gr going for $42.99 a box of 50

I picked up 5 of the Fiocchi, and noticed the boxes say "Proudly made in the USA"
