How old were you?

I was 8 the first time I shot a gun. It was my cousin's pump up crossman air rifle. I didn't own my first gun until I was 11 which was a cheap Savage Mark III with an atrocious trigger and 4x tasco scope.

7 or 8 yrs old, shot my grandfather's Sears & Roebuck bolt action 12 gauge.

Five or six, my dad held his J.C.Higgins .22 revolver (High Standard Sentinel) while I pulled the trigger. When I was 10 he gave me a Remington Model 514 .22 rifle. He gave me his Harrington & Richardson single-shot .410 the next year. I've had guns ever since.

Stevens 410 / 22lr over and under age 6 or 7 was the first I shot. but my first gun was a Glenfield 22lr and my son fight over who gets to use it today.
