i need some accessory mounting help..

okay, as some of you know, im pretty much a gun noobie. About two months ago i bought my first gun. Now i'm on number two.

I'm getting a hi point 995 9mm carbine with a BSA red dot. I want to change out the stock and install an ATI stock.

What i also want to do, is install a folding foreend grip if possible and a light.

i have no idea about mounting, rails, etc. But here are the rails that can be bought to mount accessories on the 995 with the ATI stock

okay. So once i get the stock and a rail installed. Will i be able to attach this forend grip?
