I'll take ten Purdey O/U shotguns.

I'll sell nine of them for what Purdey buyers will see as very reasonable prices, then I'll decide what to do with the proceeds. I can buy any ten guns I really want. Or a house.

Mine would all be custom bespoke guns from the likes of Perazzi, Fabbri, Peter Hofer, Philip Ollendorf - that covers shotguns and rifles. There aren't any handguns that I would substitute space for when limited to ten

Handguns:
First 7 are the Colt Anaconda, Boa, Cobra, Diamondback, King Cobra, Python and Viper.
Then a correct origional Colt 1911 GI
Then an original correct Parabellum Pistole with both matching # mags
Last would be a Beretta 93R.

Rifles:
Original BAR 1918 A2
Original Thompson 45
Barrett 98 Bravo in 338 Lap
Barrett M82
Original correct M1 Garand
Original SA M14
1874 Sharps in 50-90
Original 1873 Winchester
PSG 1
Dragunov SVD

Yeah that would pretty much be my all time wish list. If only I could win the lottery. Then I could afford the ammo for them.

That's a tough one.

1) FG-42
2) MG-42, or a Yugo M53 to be more reasonable
3) Double rifle, perhaps a .375 H&H or a .416 Rigby. Maybe .505 Gibbs.
4) long-range bolt gun in .50 BMG, or .338 Lapua.
5) high-quality bolt gun in .308.
6) Ruger Super Redhawk in .454 casull
7) FNP 45 tactical with suppressor and trijicon
8) Lever gun in .50 Alaskan
9) Gewehr 43
10) Maybe a suppressed AR upper in .300 BLK or .458 Socom or .50 Beowulf.

If I could have any guns--not even for free, just have the means and access--I wouldn't necessarily pick specific makes and models. Types mostly.

I want:

Lever action rifle--Winchester probably
A 1911 .45 cal, Custom made for me, by whom I don't care.
A colt revolver, don't know for sure which one, just that it be a coveted classic.
Some [cute] pocket/mouse pistol. > 22LR just because they are so cute.
.357 revolver that also accepts .38 special S&W maybe
AR 15, complete kit 5.56 that I could assemble myself for long range accuracy/hunting
AR10 complete kit, not decided on caliber, that I could assemble myself for hunting
Barret M50
Sturmgewehr 44

Other than that.....still thinking.

A bull pup?

Something with a good track record, easily findable parts and ammo:
.45 ACP 1911
.22 revolver
.22 bolt action rifle
AR in .223
AR in .308
M1 30-06
.38 snubbie
3 Glock 19s

In no particular order:
1. Keltec RFB
2. Keltec KSG
3. Keltek Su-16 probably a or B.
4. Volquartsen 10-22 of some flavor
5. Witness 10mm hunter or match.
6. Garand
7. m1a1
8. Some flavour of accurized r700 bolty in a high power high BC round with a really freaking good scope. Zeiss or Swarovski most likely.
9. R7600 in 35 whelan with a topfolding stock.
10. Alaska Copilot

I was bored, so I played along.

1. Noveske N4 with one of the new low powered super variable optics (1-8). I already have the rifle, not the optic.

2. M&P9 with some accuracy enhancements.

3. M&P Shield in 9mm.

4. BPS 20, my first gun, and I could never get rid of it, even in a hypothetical dream world.

5. Benelli Super Black Eagle II 12-gauge

6. 10/22 with Tech Sights and VQ trigger group

7. Another Noveske in suppressed SBR configuration.

8. Ruger 22/45 with a Silencerco Sparrow

9. A long range bolt gun, with suppressor.

10. Can the 10th gun be an open spot to buy/sell/try new guns? haha

ask this question to thems what helped themselves to -10- boxed guns off of an unattended delivery truck at a loading dock in Newington a few days ago.

oh, wait...no cameras, no witnesses and was not in the news either.
i hope the thieves do not load more than 10 rounds...that could get them in trouble

The free part makes it interesting. Since I already have the minimal ones (there's always more we all want) needed for home protection, hunting, and hobby, I'd likely go for nice upscale highend items that I take out a few times a year but are mostly safe queens. For example, I've seen in the past someone makes a very nice high end double rifle in 22 LR. If it's for free (vs the six figures it costs), I wouldn't mind having it.

The one thing I could see adding that may get used reasonably often would be a drilling in 30-06, 22 LR, and 12 gauge. There is enough overlap of seasons and beast and birds that I'd like to hunt with having those three in one package would be handy.

1. Original Walker Colt

2. An 1860 Henry

3. 1901 Winchester

4. Colt SAA

5. Benelli Performance shop M2
http://www.benelliusa.com/shotguns/benelli-performance-shop-m2-3-gun-model.php
6. Custom Shop Colt 1911, with all the goodies, and ivory grips.

7. Blued Colt 10mm Delta Elite

8. Original Sharps big .50

9. Stiller Precision Bolt gun built the way I want.

10. The most valuable gun in the world, so I can sell it and buy more guns :D

No witnesses and not in the news? How do you know about it?

A 1911 from the top 2 builders in the world. Like Wilson super grade, Les Baer, etc
Perhaps a Barrett 50 Cal and a lapua 338 magnum, "but only if it came with a thousand rounds of ammo. Maybe a Parker shotgun, or a Berretta side by side and over and under. A colt single action revolver from the late 1800's and a 1903 32 caliber colt, perhaps a glock 18 to round things out, and a H&K sub machine gun suppressed in 9mm, and a Vector SBR suppressed. that should make me very happy, and give me many options to hunt and target shoot, along with HD, SD, etc.
Also got to have some night vision scopes and red dots, for the rifles, and sub guns.

Some are specific models, some I'd have to shop around for.

1) A 5 1/2" Linebaugh Custom in .480 Linebaugh.

2) Ruger Hawkeye Alaskan in .375 Ruger

3) Marlin 1894 in .44 Magnum

4) Another Mossberg 500 to turn into a predator shotty.

5) O/U 12 Gauge with double beads and choke tubes.

6) Smith and Wesson Model 41

7) A custom sporter 10/22

8) SR1911

9) Mini-30

10) Reserved for future needs

Well, I would consider this a list on top of what I already own. Probably guns I can't afford to own right now, or that just aren't on my priority list.

1. Thompson 1928A1 WWII SMG.
2. Winchester 1895 .30-06
3. Griffin and Howe 1903 Sporter.
4. Holland and Holland Royal Double Rifle in .500/3" Nitro Express
5. Springfield M1A Scout in Sage Stock with Leupold Mark 4 3.5-10x40 Mil-Dot
6. Turnbull Restored WWI 1911
7. WWII Browning BAR

and honestly 8, 9, and 10 are guns that I currently have either in my safe in parts and pieces, or in the queue waiting for me to get around to building them. In no particular order...

8. PWS Toggle Action 10/22.
9. Remington M40 Style rifle in .30-06
10. 1903A4 Rifle
