First, I must say that I will not go into further details on this situation at this time. I am not out of the woods yet, but I have a good lawyer. This has been cropped down from its original, long size.
Many times people state “if guns are outlawed, then I will be an outlaw”, so that is why I am posing this situation to you. In my case, the gun control is not against the whole country; it is only against you. What would YOU do??...
Imagine that you are in an area where a non-violent crime takes place. The evidence shows that you are not the criminal, but you are arrested and charged with the crime. The charges are a felony. Also, you have no criminal history in your past, and nothing on record aside from some speeding tickets many years ago. Because of the felony nature of the crime, the judge orders that you must turn your guns over to a friend to hold onto.
That’s my hypothetical story. So, would YOU hold onto your guns against a court order?
ETA: I am NOT seeking any advice here!!
