My Wife and I go shooting on a regular basis. She will only Shoot my pistols. She complains about the recoil of .223 rifles. I find this silly because she will shoot a .454 Casull Ruger Alaskan, S&W 500 and will shoot many rouds thru a 10mm. Im guessing she doesn't like the recoil pushing into her shoulder. I was thinking that a FN PS90 TR would be a very good choice. Im really not into the pistol Caliber carbine thing but I will listen to any good argument in favor of one insted of the PS90(Besides cost of ammo argument).
Is the PS90 a good choice to make her "Come to the dark side"? I have always thought they were neat little plinkers but didn't really need another goofy caliber to buy for. But this gives me a good reason to pick one up.
I shot one before but that was a long time ago and I really didn't pay any attention to the recoil or lack of it. I have been told they are next to none in the recoil departement, less than a 9mm carbine. Is this true?
What do you guys think?
