Back in October 2014 LWD began advertising their “soon to be released” adjustable trigger assy. After many delays the trigger status changed to, “available for shipment”
Ordered and received mine, must have been about mid-June. This product was everything I had hoped it would be. Got rid of the stock “knife edge” trigger safety and eliminated the glock trigger sting. (If you don’t know what I’m referring to, all the explanation in the world will not help.)
First few trips to the range and all was very well! Then things started to go downhill, as in the trigger safety did not always engage!! It seemed as though the trigger safety spring had stopped doing its thing.
Went on line with LWD and the person I talked to in their chatroom said they had experienced a few failures with the spring assy. And asked that I return it to the warranty Dept. Mailed it this morning.
When I removed the trigger assy., from the gun, I did notice a faint black line on the trigger safety that was about fifteen thousandths from the edge of the trigger safety (this is on the backside of the safety lever)! That, it would seem to be the total frame to trigger safety engagement! That would explain why some times the safety would not hold, even before the spring issue.
I’ll keep you posted on how all this turns out!

I've purchased almost every type of aftermarket gadget to enhance the Glock trigger, including titanium strikers/plungers, competition striker springs, skeletonized steel striker, heavier trigger spring, adjustable trigger (pull weight and overtravel adjustible), various lightweight connectors.

Problems encountered include safety not engaging, striker not resetting, skeletonized steel striker breaking while dry firing, and being unable to disengage a reset striker. The last problem is especially vexing because you cannot disassemble the gun with out releasing the striker (solution was to remove the back plate).

My exhausted opinion is to only buy factory glock parts if possible. I settled on a NY-1 spring and 3.5 Glock connector.

I guess my reply will have to go under the ME TOO banner!! Really wanted the wider trigger safety to resolve my one MAJOR glock complaint. Truth told, can't really expect a whole lot on a entry level weapon. Want more? Spend more! Some things never change. Bottom line except it for what it is and go on.
