For my defensive weapons:

Glock 23- 2 g23 mags (included), 2 g22 15 round mags for CCW reloads, the longer mags are easier to tac reload.

Kimber custom CDP II- 1 Wilson 47D, 1 Wilson 10rd for CCW reload.

Kahr P380- 2

Colt 6920- 20 Magpul Pmags with maglevel window.

LMT/Bison custom 6.8spc AR15- 10

Found a great deal ( $12 ) on trade in police mags for my M&P 40 so I have 15 for it. ave 7 each for the rest of them.

I voted 4... but,

Thats basically an average. I have at least 2 for every pistol, but for the 1911's and M9 I have so many that I loose track. I have been cleaning out my car and have found a 1911 mag under my car's seat, or found M9 mags in the kitchen junk drawer.
