Maximum Number Of Guns You Have Ever Carried Concealed At One Time

When I worked in a Gunshop I would carry 3 or 4 but, it was mainly to show people different ways to carry and different guns that the Shop didn't Stock. I wasn't doing anything physical. My normal daily carry is Two Snub Revolvers plus Gear.

To prove a point once, when a buddy was whining about his P3AT being hard to conceal, I strapped on everything I owned at the time that was carryable. I think it amounted to a 4" S&W Mod 10 and 6" Mod 14, both in shoulder rigs, 3 1911s at my waist, (one 2:00 crossdraw, one 4:00 for the right, and one 8:00 for the left, with a KelTec in each front pocket.

As an actual daily thing,I carried 2 1911s and a kel tec for a while. In my defense, I'll point out that I was young and eager, and had been somewhat traumatized by the reliability of "automatics," (a jam o matic High Standard my dad had when I was a kid; my only real exposure to semi autos, until I started buying my own.)

The most I've ever carried concealed in public was four, and that was just one time "because I could". Two IWB, one in a shoulder rig, and one in an ankle holster. I carry a single handgun daily.

Well , I always carry two. I have a couple reasons, first I was taught two is one and one is none. More importantly, at one point in my career, I was on a investigation with a State officer. A hot call, (don't that sound impressive?) came out, he was not carrying a firearm at the time. By having two guns I was able to arm a second qualified operator. I know, he was wrong for not carrying but it happens.

Just to close, I have seen everything break, malfunction, whatever. In a tight spot I like having a back up firearm and a knife or two. Its like car insurance I would rather have more then nessacary and not need it then to be found without.

how many handguns she is carrying at that moment. The answer is eight and she isn't carrying a purse!

Geez I hope that babe never falls in the deep end of the pool, talk about sinking like a rock;)

To answer your question, I carried two revolvers to work daily for 27 years.

Just one for me.

Full sized Sig .40 in the winter OWB with a sport coat.
Taurus 709 Slim in an ankle holster in the summer.

I suppose I could carry both in the colder months, but never have.

I will be pretty dull and say two. Full size IWB on my hip and a smaller firearm on my ankle when I lived in a big (violent) city.

Two. I carry two on duty, my actual duty weapon and an ankle gun. A lot of days when I get off of work, I'm too lazy to change my pants before running errands. I conceal my EDC when I punch out for the day but just leave my ankle gun on.

A couple of times i've ridden my motorcycle to the NF range, & have put about 5 or 6 pistols on my person.. all concealed, of course. I had a 44mag redhawk in a bandolier, a semi auto in IWB holsters on either side, a couple of small pocket pistols in either jacket pocket, & a small of the back pistol behind me. So, 6 would be what i had concealed, but i had a couple more in the tank bag, along with lot of ammo. I was a regular mad max...

One, plus a 2% pepper spray.
I believe it's bad juju to shoot a neighbor's dog, or a neighbor, if it can be avoided.

Six. All 1911's. When the officers in my unit got sick of carrying their .45's, they'd dump 'em on me. The 'safe' in the field was a footlocker, so instead I rigged up 550 cord holsters for them. i had to space them out so they didn't clunk against one another.

Two, most of the time.

.380 auto in ankle holster, always.

.38 revolver in an upside-down shoulder holster for warm weather. (underneath a polo or button-up shirt)

.45 auto in a horizontal holster in cooler weather (when an overgarment is practical)

It's not that I'm some kind of two-gun cowboy; the .380 was a present from my wife when I finally got my CHCL, so I figure I'm supposed to carry it...

I have a buddy who carries a 1911 on each hip and a shotgun and .308 in his vehicle.

I think I maxed out at 3: a service caliber pistol on each hip and a 30-30/30-06/.223/or shotgun close by: sometimes behind the seat in a pickup truck, other times in a bag designed for folding camping chairs. I may have also used an ice chest occasionally for a rifle.

When I go on even a short trip I usually have one on my person and another one within arms reach inside the truck.
It depends where I plan on going and the areas I could possibly end up being in if carry more than one gun at a time . Generally I carry just the one.
