Hey guys, nutnfancy here.
Today we'll be looking at the Sig Sauer P239 SAS 9mm. It's a totally awesome gun and I've gotta say that I like it almost as much as my Glock 19, and I've got a LOT of things to say about it.
As usual, I'll be using my little sheet here, to discuss the Sig's price, philosophy, ergonomics, accuracy, pranking and brandishment potential. This helps me to stay on track so I can fit in all my observations in 10 minutes.
That's important, because this little Sig is a tactical pistol, and it's got a lot of features. From a tactical perspective, it's like a Glock, I think, but this isn't my gun so I haven't shot it yet so I really don't know.
Before I get started, let me give a shout-out to my pals at Shooter City who loaned me this gun for this review. They've got a lot of cool tactical gear, and if I had more time, I'd talk about some of that, too. Is this camera on? You'll have to excuse me, I've got a new tripod and I haven't figured out how to work it yet.
Now, on to the Sig Sauer P239 SAS. The "P" stands for "pistol," and the "239" means it's "model 239." The "SAS" means it's totally tacticool for special forces only! Actually, maybe I should talk about why I picked this handgun to review. I've always liked Sigs, although not as much as Glocks...
