Score it for me Maverick223. I don't think this worked out for me scorewise.

I'd have been better off to raise the aimpoint a tick for 5 rounds and then clobber the bull with 5 rounds. Plus I really need to be prone to shoot this target well. Wish I could find a 25 yd indoor range that would allow rifle field positions.

ETA: I'm reading this score as a 165.

H&F, I love the target (On-Target makes it so easy to score). I see it as: 5, 1x3, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20 = 168.

:)

Does anyone here want to volunteer themselves (or someone else ) for making a score-board (that is able to be updated)? FlyinBryan usually takes care of it (and I honestly don't know how), but I haven't heard from him in weeks (if you are out there or if you are a friend of Bryan drop me a message).

:)

You're very welcome Mav. Thank you Jeffrey Block whereever you are.

My only excuse is that I was drinking while fixing up the target in the software. ;)

Nov Targets

Let's see if I can do this...

Savage .17 HMR, scoped, bench, 50 yards. Federal and CCI .17 grain TnT.

Lots of fun!

Dang, I just don't have enough time to do anything this time of year...and when I do, it rains. :banghead: Maybe...hopefully next month will be less hectic...but I doubt it.

What say ye about making the standard range 25ft. irons and 50ft optics for the next couple months, and just use wee targets.

shootr, the first looks like: 50+50+25+25+25+25+25+16+12+5=258
The second: 50+25+25+25+25+14+9+3+2+2=180
The third: 50+50+25+25+25+19+17+17+17+15=260
The final: 50+50+25+25+25+25+25+12+12+10=259

Great showing shooter and glad you enjoyed the match.

Everyone, feel free to make additional submissions until midnight your time. :)

Well results are in...and participation has slacked a bit, very likely due to the holidays, weather, and sickness...I know all of the aforementioned contributed to my lack of showing.

25yd. Limited Target: ifit
25yd. Sporting: HuntAndFish
50yd. Unlimited: shootr

How do we want to proceed from here? Cancel further matches until spring?, Reduce the number of classifications?, Reduce the range for indoor ranges?, Chastise others (like myself) for not participating? If we do want to continue through the winter months Orlando sent me a good (easy to score) target that looks like fun...here is a link to it.

:)

As long as you keep putting targets up to shoot, I'll keep shooting them. It's easy for us Maverick223, think of yourself and do the right thing for you.

I will put up targets as long as there is a demand for it. Will be starting the next match [strike]tonight[/strike] it's late...might procrastinate till tomorrow.

:)

I'm with H&F.

Like everyone else, I'm busy as can be sometimes and unable to get out. However, I look forward to every excuse to break out a rimfire and these matches are great fun.

I thought the rules and classifications were fine and loved the target. The stars will be fun too. If you post, I'll play when I can! Thanks for your effort.

Here is a suggestion
Since everyone is very busy around the Holidays how about running this next match for two months instead of one?

If you do decide to use the target with the stars, I would say one shot only at each star. If there are more than 24 holes in the target you deduct one point for each extra hole.
If the hole touches any part of the star, no matter how little it counts as 1 point
Shoot any position, bench, prone whatever as these are fairly small targets
These are only suggestions, run it how you feel is best
