anything that will help with extraction here? and a two part trigger system?

cant get strong contact with shell so it keeps halfway extracting, i here the 870 sumtyms has this issue

Have you cleaned the bolt really well lately...as in disassembled it? Could be crud under the extractor or down in by the extractor plunger/spring.
