I just sent a message to these guys—they actually post pictures of themselves on the website—probably downloaded them off Internet.

trifusion is said to be an ammo mfr. too. Their estimated delivery date is between July and September 2021.

I said I was skeptical, had they ever done this before, asked who the actual importer was, and other offensive questions.

I’ll let you know what they say

I just wonder if a small outfit (or several of them as we now see) is willing or able to go through the hassle of import licenses, etc.

I’m speculating there is an single importer they are all dealing with. That’s why I asked trifusion the question.

I'm hard pressed to judge just by the look of a website. There is a certain magazine and clip supplier mentioned multiple times on this very forum and others that has a website that "looks" very out of date. But has very good feedback from everyone that has purchased from said site.

Not evidence, but could be an indication. But then again, Bernie Madoff didn’t have a website.

OK people, on the real... I think there is a shipment of European (Siberian) primers coming in to flood the US market. all these shops selling pre-order also specialize in eastern european imports of arms and ammo. The two shops mentioned above are in Washington. And, from my experience, lots of the gun shops here in Western WA, are owned by expats from Eastern Bloc!

this is good news! A PRIMER FLOOD IS COMING

Assuming this pans out, and God I hope it does, would anyone consider pooling resources and committing to a group buy? I don't know how we would work out logistics, but primers and powder would be of interest to me. Bullets too maybe. Maybe not a group buy but some type of commitment for "us" to direct our business to a single distributor with a back up distributor?

@CQB45ACP I'm just as cynical in life, I don't think this administration is going to make our life any easier in the foreseeable future. And you didn't need to apologize, but thank you for that.

I asked the owner of North Fork Tactical to join us here so you guys can Vet him. Here is his response:

Thank you for the suggestion, and I will absolutely join the conversation and answer any questions anyone has regarding this. I fully understand the anxiety around this being for real and would like the chance to talk to anyone looking for reassurance. Expect to see me there tomorrow. Today is booked full with meetings.

    Best regards,

    Noah

I think plans are in place or already placed, to ship in as much gun & ammo as possible, and wearhouse it. There “WILL” be restrictions on imports of these products. American love buying guns and ammo and they know this!

like I said people... don’t sell your dog to buy primers & powder

Credit card companies are not required to allow charges to be disputed more than 60 days after they are posted to the account, so there is a possibility one could lose their money on a deal like this. There is also the possibility that it's all legit and one will obtain a product that is virtually impossible to get elsewhere at this price.

Each of us makes our own risk/reward assessment and acts accordingly.

Okay guys, here’s the response to my inquiries to trifusion tactical

“No offense taken! We are aware of the troubles this industry has had.

“We are extremely legit. Our President, Mike Vanderlind, is in Istanbul right now. He’s been in Eastern Europe since last week, sourcing importers of all things ammo and components.

“My best advice is to sign up for our newsletter. That is how I will pro-actively communicate any updates.

“And to answer your questions, we are importing directly from Ginex. In fact, Mike is touring their facility tomorrow.

“Keep your eye on us…we’re the real deal.”

Trifusion is taking a 50% deposit but many more months out.

So, compadres, I’m baiting the neighborhood crows right now and am looking for good recipes. I’m feeling like in a few weeks or months I’ll be chowing down on crow with a fine Bosnian Chianti.

Good morning to all of you. This is Noah from North Fork Tactical. I would first like to say that I’m happy to have been invited on this forum to answer any questions you all may have regarding the legitimacy of my business and hopefully rest some anxieties regarding pre-ordering a rare item such as primers. I don’t have time today to respond to everyone since today is booked up with meetings. Tomorrow you will have my full attention for a few hours in the morning starting around 9am PST. I look forward to chatting with you all.

    Hey there Noah.
Have you ever sold primers before?
Do you have a store front with a valid address?
Do you have an FFL? If yes, could you provide the last 5 numbers of the license.
More importantly, are you HazMat certified to legally ship primers?
    Thanks!

Noah - Thanks for coming to speak with us. I applaud the fact you are trying unorthodox methods in this difficult time.
My question is simple (and I have put my money on your venture already...): How are you getting around the import restrictions that exist for 1.4 materials coming into the US? I have already repeatedly tried to address the restrictions for shipping reloading components from Canada and New Zealand, and have been told (by both country's export offices) they can receive 1.4 from the US but cannot send it into the US. Is it a simple answer because the items did not originate here?

    Thank you sir.

Noah, I have questions about the public certificate used in your website. There is a lengthy list of SAN (subject alternate names) for the cert - just how many domains do you plan to create and use for online commerce? That alone gives me pause to do business with you.

    From the EnTrust certificate site:

A SAN or subject alternative name is a structured way to indicate all of the domain names and IP addresses that are secured by the certificate. Included on the short list of items that are considered a SAN are subdomains and IP addresses.

When additional actions on a website need to be secured, the SANs need to be included on an SSL/TLS certificate so that the DNS server can resolve the IP address to the domain name. This will give the page the HTTPS indicator that meets browser guidelines and that give visitors confidence to transact on your website.

This is what the SANs would like in the certificate details:

    SAN 1: DNS Name=example.com
    SAN 2: DNS Name=www.example.com
    SAN 3: DNS Name=example.net
    SAN 4: DNS Name=mail.example.com
    SAN 5: DNS Name=support.example.com
    SAN 6: DNS Name=example2.com
    SAN 7: IP Address=93.184.216.34
    SAN 8: IP Address= 2606:2800:220:1:248:1893:25c8:1946

The SANs information appears in the SSL/TLS certificate details that can be viewed by clicking on the locked padlock in the address bar of most web browsers.

This screen captures how the Subject Alternative Name field displays the various SANs in certificate details

EV Multi-domain or UC SSL/TLS certificates are sometimes used in environments where IT administrators need to frequently add, change, or remove domains. Having the ability to secure multiple names across different domains on a single certificate provides flexibility, efficiencies and cost savings.
    ——
In summary: This is the era of virtualization and cloud data pools. The days of an entire site being run off a single discreet physical server went away over a decade ago. Using multiple names in a certificate is common practice when multiple secured services are required to verify data points - like mailing addresses, e-commerce, hooks into shipping scalars, regulatory databases, etc.
