I just can't say enough about how good these folks are. I called today and explained I had a Pro2000 and had broken a part. The gentleman first asked my name and address, then asked, " what did you break sir?" I told him I had broken the Powder Hopper on my Uniflo powder measure. He said is that all you need, to which I asked, could I get a cap for it as well. "Certainly Sir," was his answer. Then he said you should get it delivered to your front door by Thursday (this being Tues afternoon. I said wait, how do I pay for it. Well you know the answer to that question. Not a cent.
Thanks RCBS!!

They are astronomical and Hornady is just as good.

Those are the only two reloading hardware suppliers I have dealt with. They may all be as good, I don't know.

I have to join in praising RCBS. I crushed the interior spring and bent the pin in the universal de-capping die. I sent an e-mail and they sent the parts, not a question.

RCBS has sent me parts for free that I LOST and told them I lost the parts.
They are one outstanding company that does things you would never expect.

I tried to resize some south african 7.62 and I didn't notice the odd flash hole configuration, which led immediately to a broken decap pin and bent decap rod.

Same deal... they sent me a package of pins and a new decap rod / expander ball right out - free.

Yep. They're pretty awesome. We broke a decapping pin and it was totally our fault, as it was loose. We could have tightened it and it would not have broken. We told them it was our fault and we just wanted to order a pack of them in case it happened again. They sent us two 5-packs and didn't charge us at all.

Things like that make you want to keep buying their products for sure.

I called RCBS CS this morning, I (me) broke the case retention bracket on my PRO 2000, I was caller #2, the wait was 1/2 min. the rep said they would send it out, no charge.

I asked why they did not have a way for customers to buy parts, he said----" I would just have to suffer getting the parts for free" Nobody does it better than RCBS

My RCBS .260 FL die rusted badly while in moving van storage a few years ago. I eventually called C.S., explained what happened and what I needed and said I expected to pay for the stripped die body (the decap spindle had been removed and wasn't damaged). Very nice lady said they wouldn't even sell me a single die at all but she could sell me a full new set, at "suggested retail." I thanked her and passed.

Pro2000 broke the plastic APS strip feeders. Entire head assembly was at my door within days, they use a new feeder design now.

Thanks for the reminder.
I bent a rod and decapping pin on a 7.62x39 die when a berdan primed case somehow got by me.
I also bought a Chargemaster and the draft shield had a bent hinge.
One day I walked into the reloading room only to find my cat using the powder hopper of the Chargemaster as a stool cracking the cap.

I called them today and everything is on its way free of charge even though I admitted that the cat cracked the cap.

OK, I'll not heap more praise on RCBS customer service. So let me put it like this - EVERYBODY has heard how good Dillon takes care of their customers, well RCBS does just as good. I own and use the daylights out of both companies gear - faultless service.
