So I could not bring myself to buy the Colt 9mm I had been looking at. It is an old one and belongs with someone who will appreciate it the way it is, not someone who is going to change just about everything on it.
Instead I got the last RRA 9MM pistol they had left. It is nice but frankly I don't want a Pistol.
So the way I see it I have two choices. I can either;
A: SBR it, this is a very easy option. Fill out some paperwork, wait a while, and then slap a stock on it once Uncle Sam decides I am not a serial killer.
or
B: Turn it into a Carbine by buying a 16 inch barrel, QuadRail and Stock. This option appeals to me a bit more although I know I will never be able to turn it into a Pistol again but this doesn't bother me. The nice thing about this is that I can keep the Pistol barrel and SBR it at a later date if I choose to.
SO what do you all think?
