I have sent a request to Optics Planet risk management team asking for an explanation. I don't believe there is anything illegal, it may be a question of licensing. However, I am no expert by any means.

Scopes are 30% more expensive here, that Sightron was an Ok deal at $400 I don't mind compensating you for your effort, I already owe you a beer for the coupon

I appreciate the offer, but it is banned from import by the US.

I will see if I can come up with something tomorrow when I talk to a few folks that I know, but import laws can be a PITA to say the least.
