I'm primarily a revolver fan, and generaly shoot better with them, however I am looking for an automatic to round out my options and for higher capacity as well as easier ammo management/reloads.
My first venture into semi-autos was a HK USP .45, which I struggle to shoot well, and am not comfortable with for that reason.
Now, I am looking into other options.
A range rental has shown me that the Glock pistols which I long disliked, are much easier to shoot than the USP was for me, I think it's in part due to the grip angle that is similar to my revolvers.
I also am drawer to the 1911 design, mostly due to the "old fashioned" design, all metal construction, and comfortable ergos, it seems like a logical upgrade from a revolver.
Of these, which do you feel is better suited for a "revolver guy"???
Any other sugustions???
Thanks.
