Shooting of possible Federal Agent?

See link...mystery about the id of a man shot after a car chase in Houston. One article (link below) says officers knew the man had his CHL. Questions about whether or not he was working for an intelligence agency are all over the local news. Local offices of the FBI and CIA have reportedly (another news source) denied he was an 'employee'. Addresses for the individual come back to private mailboxes at a couple of UPS stores. Will be interesting to see how much info is released and the whole story

People lie about being double-naughts all the time... this could be a case of that.

Federales don't need no steenkin' CHL. I don't suppose the CIA would need one, either.

But what were they chasing the guy down for in the first place? Speeding? Running a red light?
