There are several such beasts. The 1911 variants are the most common. SIGArms new P220 & P220 Compact SAO variants are now available. The Star BM is a 1911 looking 9mm that meets your specs as well. Additionally, many Taurus metal frame semi autos are single stack, and have a safety lever/decocker like the HK USP V1 which allows for SA only or DA/SA operation. I'm sure there are more I've not thought of.

+1 to the previous. There are more 1911's out there than anyone can count.

I'll just add the S&W 952 to the list. It's pricey, but worth it.

Yeah, there are plenty of single-action, single-stack, semi-autos. The 1911 is immensely popular and there are plenty of other designs as well.

1911, couple of sigs, various stars, P-08 luger, and the range of browning designed pocket colts, like the 1903 and 1908 models, the colt .380 government, the cz-52, browning buckmark, ruger marks I, II, III, and 22/45, colt woodsman, high standard supermatic, and a number of others, that i'm forgetting. So, if you like single action and single stack guns, have no fear, you can find nearly every size gun configured that way. From .22 target plinkers, and .32 and .380 pocket guns, up to service sized guns like the 1911, all the way up to the big boomer, the Desert Eagle.

Yeah, 1911s are probably the most common/popular single stacks. If you are looking for a slender gun in SA, the Browning HiPower is thinner than the 1911 in the barrel, though the grip frame is a tad bigger because it isn't a true single stack pistol.

My old Luger P08 is a single stack, single action auto too.

With just a few exceptions, wasn't darn near every automatic pistol made prior to ~1935 a single stack, single action?
