I haven't heard anything from the admins, and I have had some requests via PM for the photos I mentioned documenting the use of the FiveseveN against humans so.... here we go.

Here are a few photos of FiveseveN seizures.
Notice the majority of the rounds in the photos are 197 (the "weakest" factory load). An occasional 195 pops up as well but mostly 197 is used. No reports of SS190 (military round) have been found. So it can be safely surmised that all of the carnage in the following pictures was done by factory rounds.

Top cop in Agua Prieta killed in hail of bullets
AGUA PRIETA, Sonora — This border city’s top-ranking public safety official, a man who had won praise for his aggressive anti-crime efforts, was shot and killed Monday by a group of unknown assailants.
According to official reports, Ramon Tacho Verdugo, Agua Prieta’s secretary of public safety, was ambushed as he and a bodyguard left his office shortly after 5 p.m.
The attackers reportedly fired at least 40 rounds at Tacho Verdugo, striking him three times before speeding away in two sport utility vehicles. He died two hours later a local hospital, city attorney Pedro Manzo Ibarra said at a press conference late Monday.
Tacho Verdugo’s bodyguard was able to return fire during the assault, and police later discovered one of the getaway vehicles abandoned with bullet holes in its windshield and hood, and with bloodstains in its interior.
A long-barrel machine gun was also reportedly found in the vehicle, and police recovered shell casings at the scene of the shooting that they say came from an AR-15 assault-style rifle.
The bullets that killed Tacho Verdugo, however, were reportedly fired from a Belgian-made FN Herstal 5.7 USG, a submachine gun known in Mexico as a “mata-policias,” or “police-killer.”

Otherwise, Dm, NATO was looking at a PDW, not a handgun. A sidearm was an add-on. The FN Five seveN nor did performance out of the pistol serve as the determining factor.

You're still wrong. The weapons were to be developed in conjunction with each other (which is what FN did), and there was no focus on one or the other in the requirements outlined by NATO. Utterly false. That is a complete fabrication on your part. NATO outlined size, weight, capacity, and performance characteristics for PDW-caliber pistols, just like they did for the shoulder-fired PDWs.
See above, where it was explained to you that NATO would have replaced the 9x19mm with the 5.7x28mm by now, if not for Germany/HK and the 4.6x30mm stalling the process. That is established fact.

I don't really want to get into providing documentation about armor piercing capabilities beyond what I have stated for obvious reasons. The gun already has a bad enough reputation.
I will say this, there are FiveseveN rounds that will penetrate Level IIIa armour (both sides) INCLUDING a Level IV SAPI .308 ceramic plate AFTER THE FIRST SHOT. The Level IV plate will stop the first shot but after that it is like a hot knife through butter. Triple taps with tight groups are no biggie with the 5.7 pistol. You do the math...

They are getting them from everyone and anyone. The current street price for a FiveseveN in Mexico is 5,000 U.S. At that markup, there are probably more than a handful of unscrupulous dealers willing to toss a few over the border for the gangs. That's probably a better markup than selling drugs. How many are willing to illegally sell drugs in America?
Another question to ask, why are they worth so much to the Mexican gangsters when I'm sure they could buy a 9mm or .45 for much less? Perhaps the photos I previously submitted might offer a clue?
Hell, Level II can be penetrated by factory ammo; I think the old SS192 penetrates Level II. Level IIIa is penetrated by EA ammunition - of which I own plenty. It used to be on Youtube but I think they removed the videos for obvious reasons.
The ammo I mentioned penetrating a Level IV ceramic trauma plate and then Level IIIa (after the first shot) is highly restricted for LEO and Military only. While this ammo isn't illegal for civilians (I don't believe), it is highly restricted from the manufacturer and tracked. If a certified buyer is found to have sold it to a civilian, they are banned from further purchases.
This ammo is the nasty of the nasty and probably isn't appropriate for civilians as I doubt any common criminals will be lugging around Level IV in the near future. The application of this ammo is mostly for penetrating barriers (in a big way). The ammo that I have is almost as good as this stuff so I am not jealous... well... I would still love to have some of this "secret" stuff.

So we still don't know how effective the five-seven is as a combat handgun.
Yes the .22LR has killed many people....and it still sucks as a combat/self defense handgun caliber.

And quickly stopping the target is what it's all about.
It does me no good at all if my attacker dies several hours later in the ER, from being shot with a .22, only after he has bashed my head in with a baseball bat.

We do; everyone that was killed in the incident immediately stopped their actions. Two of the Fort Hood victims (1 soldier, 1 civilian) actually charged the shooter with chairs, but both were shot and died before they could reach him.
The heroine female police officer (Munley) was also intent on stopping the shooter but by all reports, she was incapacitated (and nearly died) by her leg wounds. The 5.7x28mm bullet shattered her femur into "hundreds of bone fragments" according to her personal comments on her blog, as well as other news sources. According to her blog, she subsequently underwent a complete knee replacement operation and she won't be able to do patrol work anymore.

Not dozens, but dozens upon dozens of shootings have established that the 5.7x28mm is every bit as effective as the common pistol calibers, even with FN's factory loads (EA's loads are much hotter).
Actually, there are dozens of fatal shootings with the Five-seveN in Mexico alone every year, and it has been that way for several years now. Well over one hundred people have been shot with 5.7x28mm in verifiable cases, and easily over two hundred; the total is probably somewhere between 200 and 300 people shot, as of 2011. When the Mexican Drug War shootings are included in the overall number, the fatality percentage is much higher than 30%.
The 5.7x28mm round hasn't killed as many people, in total, as the ancient 9mm or .45 ACP, of course; but on a case-by-case basis it kills just as often and it is every bit as effective. That has been thoroughly established, at this point.
