I'm watching "High Crimes", a movie with Morgon Freeman and Ashley Judd.

There's a scene when Ashley sees a man stalking her in front of her house. She doesn't go to her car, she goes in the house. She then calls 911 (this of course is after her and her sister have been nearly killed once before), the phone rings 2 times, and someone is at the door while she is frantically trying to give the house address..

The bad guy is at the door! The police are at the police station!! I'll bet I know who gets there quicker

Opt-tune time to turn over to my girlfriend, and asked: "Honey, what would you have done in that situation?"

:scrutiny: "Go for the shotgun?"

 "Good answer!!"

Why I have the best gf in the world :neener:

The Victicrat mentality just makes me want to :barf:

Counter example.

- SPOILER WARNING FOR THE MOVIE LADYKILLERS -

Do not read any further if you intend on watching the movie I guess.

Near the end of the film Tom Hank's character gives the dumb guy in the group a revolver and wants him to kill the little old lady. The dumb guy, 'Lump' has issues with this so he decides at that point in time to end Tom Hank's character's life to save the little old lady.

Lump pulls the trigger and there's just a 'click'.

Lump looks down the barrel of the gun and goes "Huh, it's not loaded" and pulls the trigger again... shooting himself in the chest and over the bridge he goes!

Bad way to double check if you've got a loaded revolver.

I liked it though nobody else in the group (of four) really did. The characters we really 1 dimensional which kept things simple. There really wasn't much to the movie honestly, but the characters were all pretty far enough out there that I got a chuckle out of them.

Oh, and I do beleive there was a chrome plated Glock shown. It was really hard to get an ID on it, but it really looked like Glock to me and I could swear the slide was chromed... but that might have been just reflections.

My favorite line in movies is, "you won't shoot me". It is generally a woman holding a firearm at the time. Too bad Tamara is not in the movies!:D

What do expect from the inhabitants of Blissninny central aka Hollywood!

No no no..

If it were Tamara, and the person said "You won't shoot me.." Tamara would say:

"Yeah, maybe not with this gun, but THIS gun..maybe and pull out another one from her other hip :D

Why THR women are cooler than movie women.

What's the quote again?

"In an Emergancy, I call 1911... When the emergency is over, I call 911...":neener:
