DiFi's call for a compromise after getting her tail kicked over the AWB extension is proof I think that the AWB is dead.

That in mind, here is my shopping list for next September.

1) AR-15 with all the evil features. I've already got one AR, but I think I want another with bayonet lug and flash hider and collapsable stock etc.

2) Get original STG-58 flash hider put back on my FAL I built with an STG-58 kit. Barrel will need to be re-threaded, but I want that thing back on there.

3) A truckload of AR, FAL, AK and M-1 Carbine mags. Maybe even an AR 100 round drum? A smaller truckload of Browning Hi-Power mags. At least a small carload of quality Ruger 10/22 hi-cap magazines.

4) Maybe, finally, I will get a Glock of some sort, as normal capacity Glock mags will be everywhere once again.

5) Maybe I'll get another AK again, with all the evil features. Maybe even one of those evil underfolder jobs!

6) Will someone once again make something like a Calico carbine? Either 9mm or .45 with a helical 100 round mag? I'd get maybe two of those.

7) And that would also be the time to get one of those cheesy gatling gun kits, the two required rifles, and a ton of normal capacity mags.

Who else has suggestions for the list?

Just normal cap mags for me right now. If somebody tries to push another AWB through, I'll run out and charge an evil rifle on the old credit card.

Wish CA would change...........we even have to wait for a pistol to be CA approved....I mean what evil features can you put on the Picatinny rail of a pistol....

1. PIstol Grip
2. Bayonet lug

I am surprised that a flashlight is not considered an evil feature......

Sunset of the AWB probably wouldnt affect us.

A "Law Enforcement Only" marked AR 15 Lower

full complement of evil features for all black rifles

heck my 22lr Marlin Model 60 needs a folding stock and a lug

Mags....Lots of mags. I have a couple for each gun now but would likely double them. Esp 20rd mags for AR. I bought a bunch of 30s but IMO the 20s (feel) better.

You know if you think about it this LEO only stuff might be a collectors item some day. It was only made for 10 years and hopefully will never be made again. I can just see someone talking about their Glock collection in 50 years.

"Not only do I have this matching set of Glock 22 pistols with night sites. I have the law enforcement only magazines for both guns!!!

Mags, mags, mags. Magazines long enough to curl back on themselves. A hundred round drum for my Makarov, yeah!

Actually, abundant and affordable new production 20 and 30 rounds magazines of good quality for the Mini-14 would be nice. That, and a folding stock to make it _really_ compact.

A dozen G17 mags with the factory +2, Ruger 15 rounders. A nice H&K rifle or carbine or an FN P90 if available. Oh yeah, a shotgun with a detachable drum magazine.

- Drum magazine for the AR. 100 round capacity perhaps.
- 37mm launcher for mounting on the AK. Useless? Yes. Might be fun!
- Folding stock for AR.
- A slew of magazines. I've got starving Glock's over here.

I'll get as many 15 rounders for my USP as I can afford. I can't even afford ONE right now....$89.99 for a magazine:what:

And I'll get an EBR of some sort....probably and FAL model of some sort

Hords of Mags... 10\22 mainly. Also would seriously consider getting an EBR; AR-15 of some type (coures I'll be asking about the in's and out's of these on here when\if the time comes ;) )

y'all need to disabuse yourselves of the notion that the AWB will sunset. Ain't gonna happen. There just arn't many examples of a gun law, once passed, being overturned or allowed to sunset. The folks on the 'other side' are a LOT more passionate about this gun control stuff than we are.

Mags. Para P16, P13, .38super, and maybe some P18 mags, for future BUL M5 or Para frame kits. P14 mags are readily available now, however I might buy some more anyway.

AR15 mags, another thompson drum if theyre available (maybe a 100 round).

An Evil AR. Cant decide between the 16" and the 20" though. Cant afford both, originally planned on a 16", but have been considering a 20" instead.

And of course a chrome AK wit da switch:neener:

Maryland still limits all mags to 20 rounds or less......so I guess I'll get a few 20 rounders for the AR, a few new 15 rounders for the Ruger P95, and whatever I can get for my cz40b.

A folding stock for the sks and one for the AR would be pretty cool. Might even get a few big mags for the sks....and make em' detachable too! just cuz' I can!

Then again, there IS a Bushmaster catalog sitting next to me right now.....

37mm launcher for mounting on the AK.

Put one on now.

37mm launchers are "flare launchers" because they don't make 37mm grenades, just 37mm signal flares. Now, if it was a 40mm launcher, it would be regulated as a title II destructive device, because they make 40mm grenades (which are DDs in and of themselves). Because a 37mm is a flare launcher, you can put one on a post-ban weapon (except in California).

As for what I'm getting, I've already bought some flash suppressors for my post-ban semi-auto rifles, and an appointment with a gunsmith to thread the barrels post 9/14. I have a sufficient quantity of "normal" pre-ban magazines, but I'd like to get a Beta C for my ARs, and a drum mag for my Uzi. What I'd really like is a 250 round .22 Uzi drum. The 28 rounders I have go too fast.

Only thing I really look forward to is a multi-position stock for my bushys.

Short arms, thick chest.

Already have plenty standard cap mags for them, but if the price dips, who knows?

if all goes to plan, about the time Sept rolls around, I'll be purchsing another new SA Ruger. None of these black guns really interest me. Just don't get the fuzzy feeling for a bunch of accessories that are just to make the gun look tough. That bayo lug or flash hider or the collapsing stock ain't gonna do anything for accuracy for me. Just how many people are gonna actually put a bayonet on that lug and actually use it?

what about concealed carry laws????? They are being overturned all over the country!
